My journey as a teacher and guide began when I was just 19 years old. Over the last four decades, that path has led me from physical sanctuaries to a global, frequency-led practice. My work is defined by one core truth:  You are your own greatest resource.

🌿 A Heritage of Natural Harmony & Professional Mastery

Before transitioning to my current virtual and bespoke offerings, I founded and built the Natural Harmony Complementary Therapy Centre. This was more than a building; it was a physical manifestation of Unity Consciousness.

During this time, I also developed and led a comprehensive 2-year professional Healing and Vibrational Medicine course. This rigorous training empowered others to anchor these healing modalities into their own lives and practices, blending technical mastery with intuitive depth.

In our physical sanctuary, I gathered diverse teams of professionals to create holistic wellness plans, providing a space where:

• Community Flourished: A "drop-in" space for nourishment away from the "roundabout of life."
• Nature Healed: With a two-acre wood, a walking labyrinth, and a garden of colours for contemplation.
• Spirit Anchored: A sacred circle dedicated to deep meditation and collective healing.

While I have moved from that physical location, the ethos of unity and the depth of that professional training remain the heartbeat of my work. I carry that mastery and that sacred circle within me, offering you that same grounded wisdom, wherever you are in the world.

My role today has evolved. I have moved away from "off-the-shelf" services to focus on bespoke, frequency-led creations that suit our specific times.

I act as a messenger between you and the one person who knows your journey best: Your Higher Self.

• Personal Sessions: A grounded, sacred space where no subject is taboo. We explore your life together, receiving answers directly from your own highest soul-perspective.
• Soul Gatherings: Monthly 2-hour gatherings where I channel high-frequency Beings to help us navigate the world's journey with joy and laughter.
• Bespoke Courses: Unique programs designed for the "now," helping you move from surviving to thriving.
• Immersive Retreats: In-person, intimate gatherings, often living together with Carol's wisdom on tap, both personal and in group.
• Enchanted Lands Adventures: Following the guidance of Archangel Metatron and Seraphina, travelling around the world, providing a sacred container for the evolution of humanity.  These are sacred yet earthy endeavours thoroughly enjoyed by all, which have life-enhancing changes for us and the world.
