Over the last 40 years, my path as a healer and life guide has evolved alongside the universe itself. Because energy medicine and spiritual wisdom are ever-unfolding, the content of my gatherings is constantly moving, shifting, and rising to meet the needs of our changing world.
From the 'Enchanted Lands' of St Michael's Mount to swimming with wild dolphins in the Bahamas, my retreats are opportunities to immerse yourself in high-frequency energies, deep laughter, and the support of a loving group. Swimming with Humpback Whales, Tonga

The Trip of a lifetime!
The Vava'u archipelago in northern Tonga is perhaps the most famous place in the world for swimming with humpback whales— and for good reason. The islands form a natural nursery for migrating humpback whales between July and late October, allowing them to raise their calves in safety.
